We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused
CRM professional
to manage and enhance customer relationships within our
gemstone jewellery
business. The role focuses on driving customer retention, repeat purchases, and personalized engagement through effective CRM strategies, data analysis, and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management
Manage and maintain the CRM database for gemstone jewellery customers
Track customer preferences, purchase history, gemstone interests, and lifecycle stages
Ensure accurate and up-to-date customer data across all touchpoints
Customer Engagement & Retention
Design and execute CRM campaigns (email, WhatsApp, SMS, loyalty programs)
Create personalized communication for gemstone launches, private viewings, and promotions
Develop strategies to increase repeat purchases and long-term customer loyalty
Sales & Business Support
Support sales teams with customer insights and follow-ups
Track leads, conversions, and post-purchase engagement
Coordinate with retail/store teams or online sales teams for seamless customer experience
Data Analysis & Reporting
Analyze customer data to identify trends, high-value customers, and growth opportunities
Prepare regular CRM performance reports (retention, repeat rate, campaign effectiveness)
Use insights to improve targeting and personalization strategies
Cross-Functional Coordination
Work closely with marketing, merchandising, and design teams for campaign planning
Align CRM initiatives with brand positioning and gemstone storytelling
Support events, exhibitions, and trunk shows from a CRM perspective
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
