. This role is critical to ensuring a smooth customer journey from enquiry to booking while supporting the sales team with accurate data and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Pre-Sales & CRM Operations
Handle inbound enquiries and route leads to the appropriate sales team members
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
Track lead status, follow-ups, site visits, and conversions
Guest & Site Office Management
Welcome walk-in clients and coordinate with sales executives for meetings
Manage guest registration, site visit scheduling, and follow-up coordination
Ensure a professional and organised site office experience for clients
Event & Administrative Support
Assist in planning and executing sales events, launches, and broker meets
Coordinate vendor requirements, guest lists, invitations, and post-event follow-ups
Support documentation, booking forms, and internal coordination with legal and finance teams
Reporting & Coordination
Prepare daily and weekly reports on enquiries, site visits, and bookings
Coordinate closely with sales, marketing, and channel partner teams
Ensure timely communication with clients regarding next steps
Candidate Profile
1+ year of experience in
CRM, pre-sales, or customer coordination
in real estate
Familiarity with CRM tools and strong MS Excel skills
Good communication and client-handling skills
Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking
Willingness to work at site offices and during events
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ?300,000.00 per month
