Responsible for regular communication with clients and solve their issues on utmost priority. Making a strong & long term relationship with the client. Promote service offered by the organization to maximize client retention & generate new leads to contribute overall revenue.
Primary Responsibilities
:
Regular contact
- Should be able to: Keep in touch with the clients regular basis and update on services offered by the organization.
Customer Satisfaction Index
- Entries of customer complaints in BIS as soon as received & ensure timely resolve the same.
Building Relationships
- Should be able to: Build strong relationship with the key customers of organization. Implement strategic plans for building profitable customer relationships
Requirements:
Must be Graduated
Minimum 2 years of Experience in handling Customer Quries
Good Communication Skills, Tele Calling, MS Office
Only Female Candidates are preferable
