Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Relationship Manager to oversee post-sales customer relations, ensure seamless documentation, and deliver exceptional service throughout the customer journey. You will be the key point of contact for buyers from booking to handover, representing Pentium Constructions' commitment to trust and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:



Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system. Act as the single point of contact for all customer communication after booking. Coordinate with customers for payment schedules, agreements, and other documentation. Ensure timely updates on project milestones, possession dates, and handover procedures. Follow up on pending payments and assist customers with loan and registration processes. Manage customer grievances professionally and ensure quick resolutions. Coordinate internally with sales, accounts, and site teams for smooth execution. Schedule and manage site visits, handovers, and key deliveries. Maintain MIS reports and customer feedback logs.
