Sales & Customer Experience team

Role Overview:

This is a

customer-focused sales role

that blends relationship management with telesales and inside sales responsibilities. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them choose the right healthcare solutions, following up on leads, and ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, and website inquiries. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products (rental/purchase). Build long-term relationships by following up, resolving queries, and ensuring satisfaction. Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets through effective inside sales strategies. Maintain accurate lead and sales data using CRM tools. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery and service. Gather customer feedback and contribute to service improvement ideas.

Who Can Apply:

Graduate in any stream (BBA, B.Com, BA preferred). Strong verbal communication in

Hindi & English

. Good listener, empathetic, and confident in handling objections. Basic knowledge of CRM, WhatsApp Business, and Excel.

Experience in sales basically telesales is preferred but not compulsory.
