We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Customer Relationship Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. This role involves interacting with high-net-worth individuals, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional service that reflects the luxury standards of our real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact for all inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
  • Customer Service: Provide personalized and high-quality service to clients, addressing their needs promptly and effectively.
  • Communication: Communicate project updates, progress, and relevant information to clients in a clear and professional manner.
  • Problem Resolution: Handle client complaints and issues with a proactive approach, ensuring swift and satisfactory resolution.
  • Follow-Up: Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and to address any emerging needs or concerns.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement in service delivery and overall client experience.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and project management teams to align customer service efforts with overall business goals.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback using CRM software.
  • Events and Networking: Participate in client events, open houses, and networking opportunities to strengthen client relationships and promote the company's projects.
Candidates Profile :-
  • Education: Any Graduate/ Post Graduate
  • Experience: any experience in customer service, preferably in the real estate or hospitality industry.
  • Salary : 2.4 to 5 LPA Plus benefits
Skills:-
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • High level of professionalism and customer-centric attitude.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Multilingual skills are a plus.
