The role involves customer service, lead generation, and sales support in a dynamic and growth-focussed environment.
Key responsibilities:-
Handle customer queries and provide prompt resolutions.
Meet customers and pitch suitable insurance products.
Cross-sell insurance products to increase portfolio value.
Generate and follow up on leads from various channels.
Manage policy renewals.
Skills required:-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-first attitude with a focus on satisfaction.
Ability to identify cross-sell opportunities.
Basic knowledge of insurance products and policies.
Capable of handling renewals and guiding clients through the process.
