As a Customer Relationship Officer at Freshivores, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction through effective communication and resolution of customer inquiries. From managing product orders to overseeing the delivery process and addressing customer grievances, you'll be at the forefront of creating a positive and seamless experience for our valued customers.
Responsibilities:
Order Management:
Receive and process customer orders through various channels.
Ensure accurate entry of customer information and order details into the system.
Coordinate with the operations team to facilitate timely order preparation.
Delivery Oversight:
Monitor and track the status of customer orders to ensure on-time delivery.
Collaborate with the logistics team to address any delivery-related issues promptly.
Communicate proactively with customers regarding delivery updates and potential delays.
Customer Communication:
Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
Assist customers with product information, order updates, and general queries.
Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
Grievance Resolution:
Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns effectively and in a timely manner.
Collaborate with relevant departments to investigate and provide solutions for customer issues.
Implement proactive measures to prevent recurring problems and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Must Have Requirement
Candidate should be able to communicate fluently in English and Hindi with our customers
