The Customer Relations Executive is responsible for managing client relationships, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring timely communication between the production team and clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of glass manufacturing processes, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, managing orders, inquiries, and feedback.
Coordinate with internal departments (production, logistics, quality assurance) to ensure timely delivery and resolution of client requests.
Maintain strong relationships with clients by providing regular updates on order status, delivery schedules, and any changes in production timelines.
Address and resolve customer complaints or issues efficiently, escalating complex matters when necessary.
Prepare and share quotes, product specifications, and technical documentation as required.
Maintain accurate customer records, communication logs, and order histories in CRM or ERP systems.
Support the sales team in identifying customer needs and promoting relevant products or solutions.
Collect and report customer feedback to assist in product or service improvement initiatives.
Ensure adherence to company policies and quality standards in all customer interactions.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in customer service or sales support, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Familiarity with glass manufacturing processes and product types is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office and experience with CRM or ERP systems.
Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of industry-specific standards and terminology (e.g., tempered glass, laminated glass, float glass).
Experience working with supply chain or logistics teams.
Fluency in [local language] and English for effective client communication.
