Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Relationship Executive - Dealer Development (CRE - DD) to support and coordinate dealer onboarding, relationship management, and performance monitoring. The candidate will assist the Dealer Development Manager in ensuring a strong and efficient dealer network aligned with VOC Automotive standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in onboarding new dealers - documentation, approvals, and initial training coordination
Maintain regular communication with dealers to ensure satisfaction and address operational issues
Support dealer performance monitoring by collecting, compiling, and reporting data (sales, service, compliance)
Help implement company policies, sales processes, and customer service guidelines at dealer points
Coordinate with internal teams for marketing materials, product updates, and dealer support
Organize and support dealer review meetings and audits
Maintain and update dealer records and reporting dashboards
Skills Required:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Relationship-building and coordination skills
Basic knowledge of dealer operations and automotive industry practices
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Ability to handle field visits and dealer interactions
Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree (Preferred: BBA, B.Com, or equivalent)
1-3 years of experience in dealer development, sales coordination, or customer relationship roles (preferably in the automotive industry)
