The Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) is responsible for building strong relationships with customers, handling their queries, ensuring smooth communication, and supporting the sales and service teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
Maintain regular follow-up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Support sales team with lead follow-ups, scheduling meetings, and sharing product/service details.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, service, operations) to resolve customer issues.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and requirements in CRM tools.
Assist in preparing client reports, proposals, and presentations when required.
Update customers on new products, services, offers, or policy changes.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and build long-term loyalty.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Customer-first approach with problem-solving mindset.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks.
Basic knowledge of CRM software / MS Office.
Ability to work well in a team and independently.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
0-3 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or CRM role (freshers can apply).
