Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Agriculture / Botany / Bio-Science 1 to 1.5 years of experience in tele calling, customer care, or a similar role Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and Bengali (mandatory) Working knowledge of computers and CRM tools Ability to manage customer interactions with professionalism and empathy
