The Booking Executive will play a key role in driving lead conversion and operational coordination for IICC's career counselling services. This position requires structured follow-ups with enquiries, effective communication with students and guardians, and end-to-end ownership of counselling bookings and post-session processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Connect with inbound leads and enquiries via calls and follow-ups.
Explain IICC's career counselling and psychometric assessment packages to students and guardians.
Convert enquiries into confirmed counselling bookings.
Allocate and confirm counselling time slots with guardians/students.
Prepare and manage psychometric test reports and documentation.
Maintain accurate MIS and records using Google Sheets / Excel.
Collect post-session feedback from students and guardians.
Generate referrals from existing clients to support organic growth.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong verbal communication and stakeholder management skills.
Conversion-oriented approach with basic sales mindset.
Process-driven, detail-oriented working style.
Proficiency in Google Sheets / MS Excel.
Ability to handle volume-based enquiries efficiently.
Preferred Profile:
Prior experience in education counselling, admissions, telecalling, or client engagement roles is preferred.
Freshers with strong communication skills and a results-focused attitude may apply.
