Regular follow-ups with customers regarding

Maintaining accurate records of customer accounts and payment status
Handling customer queries related to invoices, payments, and settlements
Ensuring timely closure of pending dues
Updating CRM systems with follow-up details and resolutions
Working closely with internal accounts and finance teams
Requirements
Experience in
