We are looking for a proactive and student-focused
Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)
to manage relationships with prospective and enrolled learners. The CRE will guide students through the enrollment process, ensure a smooth onboarding experience, and maintain long-term engagement to drive retention and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and WhatsApp queries from prospective students
Counsel students on courses, curriculum, pricing, and career outcomes
Convert leads into enrollments by understanding student needs and offering suitable programs
Maintain accurate records of student interactions in CRM systems
Follow up with leads and enrolled students to ensure engagement and course completion
Coordinate with academic, support, and operations teams to resolve student issues
Meet daily/weekly/monthly enrollment and follow-up targets
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?18,051.38 - ?23,063.33 per month
