to handle inbound and outbound calls, generate leads, and convert prospects into site visits and bookings for our real estate projects. The candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases and marketing leads Handle inbound inquiries generated through digital platforms, portals, and campaigns Explain project details such as location, pricing, amenities, payment plans, and offers Qualify leads and schedule site visits with the sales team Follow up with prospects regularly to nurture and close leads Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets Coordinate with sales, site, and marketing teams for smooth lead conversion Address customer queries and resolve objections professionally

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?28,000.00 per month
