Job Description

The Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) will be responsible for

direct sales and customer engagement

for car beautification services such as ceramic coating, PPF, detailing, polishing, interior treatments, and related packages. The role focuses on

lead conversion, walk-in handling, and relationship building

to drive revenue growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development

Handle

walk-in customers and inbound leads

for car beautification treatments. Explain and recommend suitable services (ceramic coating, PPF, detailing, etc.) based on customer needs. Achieve

monthly and quarterly sales targets

. Upsell and cross-sell value-added services and packages. Generate new leads through

local outreach, referrals, and follow-ups

Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain

strong customer relationships

. Ensure excellent customer experience from enquiry to service delivery. Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints professionally. Maintain accurate customer data and follow-up schedules.

Coordination & Operations Support

Coordinate with service technicians and operations teams for smooth execution. Schedule appointments and ensure timely delivery of services. Update CRM / sales tracking systems regularly.

Marketing & Promotion

Support in-store promotions and campaigns. Encourage customer reviews, testimonials, and referrals. Assist in showcasing services through demos, before/after explanations, and product knowledge.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate / Diploma (any discipline) Strong

communication and persuasion skills

Passion for

automobiles and car care services

Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer handling Comfortable with

targets and incentive-based roles

Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage

Preferred Experience

Experience in

automobile sales, car detailing, accessories, or services

Freshers with strong sales attitude are welcome
