Handle customer queries, requests, and complaints professionally and promptly.
Follow up on leads, inquiries, and customer feedback.
Coordinate with internal departments (sales, operations, support) to ensure timely service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, meetings, and data.
Assist in customer onboarding, documentation, and account management.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products/services.
Prepare reports on customer interactions, feedback, and recurring issues.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
