Job Description

Person need to be able to answer phone calls and provide information about products and services in a way that encourages sales. Ability to listen to customer concerns and objections, and provide appropriate solutions. They may also need to maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Manage backend operations to ensure smooth functioning of marketing and sales activities. Conduct outbound dealer calling to build relationships, provide support, and gather market feedback.
