Customer Relationship Executive at EduKyu!

What We're Looking For:

- 6-2+ years in customer relationship Executive or a related role(Edtech only)

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Excellent command over spoken and written language

- Dynamic, proactive, and customer-centric approach

What You'll Do:

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction

- Serve as the main contact for client communications and support

- Work with internal teams to improve product effectiveness and user experience

- Meeting and counseling prospective students
