Job Details:-
Customer Relationship Executive will be primarily responsible for handling customer queries in a professional and timely manner. You should be able to oversee your team members and provide support as and when required. Also, you should be able to conduct follow-up calls. You should have excellent communication skills and the ability to offer an enhanced customer experience.
Job responsibilities:-
1)Build and maintain strong client relationships.
2) Communicate regularly with clients to understand their needs.
3) Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
4) Respond to client queries via phone or email.
5) Coordinate with internal teams for timely client responses.
6) Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions.
7) Collaborate with sales and marketing to enhance client experience.
