Job responsibilities:-

? Build and maintain strong client relationships. ? Communicate regularly with clients to understand their needs.

? Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

? Resolve client complaints to ensure satisfaction and retention.

? Respond to client queries via phone or email.

? Coordinate with internal teams for timely client responses.

? Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions.

? Prepare client satisfaction and issue resolution reports.

? Collaborate with sales and marketing to enhance client experience.

? Identify process improvement opportunities and propose solutions.
