Keep in regular touch with the customers through emails, phone calls and messages.
Give the client regular status of their on going order from order receiving to delivery and payment updates.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with the customers.
Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solution as per the situation.
Collaborate with internal production team to serve the client in the best possible way.
Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team.
REQUIREMENT:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in CRM sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
Strong understanding of customer relationship management and sales processes.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
Self-motivated and driven to achieve customer satisfaction
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Excellent at email & letter drafting.
