Job Summary:
We're seeking a results-driven Client Relationship Executive to manage and grow our existing client base, acquire new clients, and drive sales growth. As a key member of our sales team, you'll build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
2. New Business Acquisition: Identify new business opportunities, explain our processes and services to potential clients, and convince them to take our packages.
3. CRE Team Coordination: Collaborate with the CRE (Client Relationship Executive) team to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
4. Client Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of registered clients, ensuring easy access and reference.
5. Sales Growth: Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company's revenue growth and market expansion.
Requirements:
1. Experience: Proven experience in sales, client relationship management, or a similar field.
2. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply.
3. Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
4. Sales Acumen: A results-driven approach to sales, with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
5. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the casting industry or similar sectors is desirable.
