Roles and Responsibilities

:-

Resolve queries of Teachers to validate their data as part of our Specimen programme. Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance teachers' satisfaction. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools. Keep records of teacher's interactions, process teacher's accounts, and file documents. Handle teacher's complaints, and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.

Skills Needed

Fresher candidates are welcome. Good English communication. Good technical skills (should know how to use Excel, CRM tools, etc).
Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
