Job Description

Conceps is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive with 1 - 4 years of experience candidate who can manage client accounts, maintain strong relationships, and ensure smooth day-to-day communication between clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong coordination ability, and experience in handling multiple client accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients
Handle end-to-end client account management
Conduct daily follow-ups with clients regarding project updates, requirements, and feedback
Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams (design, marketing, development, etc.)
Ensure timely delivery of projects and client satisfaction
Maintain proper documentation of client communications and project status
Resolve client issues and escalate when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong client handling and relationship management ability
Experience in account management and coordination
Ability to manage and guide internal teams for smooth execution
Good organizational and multitasking skills
Professional attitude with problem-solving ability
