Customer Relationship Executive
who can join immediately. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, maintaining relationships, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle customer queries via phone, email, and in person
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
Maintain customer records and update CRM systems
Coordinate with internal teams to address customer needs
Collect customer feedback and share insights with management
Support sales and marketing teams when required
Required Skills & Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in customer service or relationship management
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
Customer-centric attitude and professional behavior
Ability to work independently and in a team
Education Qualification
Any Graduate (Business / Communication preferred)
