Ramani Volkswagen is hiring Customer Support Executives to handle customer inquiries and ensure excellent customer service. Freshers are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

Handle customer calls, walk-ins, and inquiries politely Assist with service appointments and customer follow-ups Coordinate with sales and service teams Maintain customer records and feedback Ensure customer satisfaction as per Volkswagen standards

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply Graduation preferred Good communication skills Basic computer knowledge Customer-friendly attitude
