We are looking for a friendly, persuasive, and goal-oriented
Customer Sales Executive
to manage parent and student interactions, guide prospective customers through our sales funnel, and maintain a long-term relationship with enrolled families. This role combines
customer service, communication, and admission-based sales
responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for parents and students
Address inquiries related to course details, batch schedules, fees, and faculty
Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new students
Regularly check in with existing customers to monitor satisfaction and collect feedback
Handle complaints with empathy and a solution-oriented mindset
Lead Conversion & Admission
Convert leads into successful enrollments through calls, WhatsApp, and follow-ups
Coordinate and schedule demo classes with coaches and prospective students
Maintain lead tracking sheets/CRM and update status of conversions
Upsell and promote new courses or offers to existing customers
Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets as assigned
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any field (Business/Communication preferred)
1-3 years of experience in customer service or sales (education/training industry is a plus)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Tamil
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first approach
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment
Tools & Technical Skills:
CRM software (Zoho, HubSpot, or similar)
Google Sheets / MS Excel for lead tracking
WhatsApp Business & Email communication
Basic knowledge of telecalling or cloud call tools
