Role Overview
We're looking for a
Customer Relationship Executive
who genuinely loves pets and enjoys connecting with pet parents. You'll be the voice of Bruno's, ensuring every customer feels supported, understood, and valued.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media
Build and maintain strong relationships with pet parents
Assist customers with product information, orders, and feedback
Resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order and service delivery
Maintain customer records and follow-ups
Requirements
Pet-friendly person (must love animals!)
Excellent communication skills (English + Hindi regional language is a plus)
Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude
Basic computer skills (CRM, WhatsApp Business, email)
Ability to handle customer situations calmly
