We are looking for enthusiastic female candidates who can build strong client relationships, address customer queries, and deliver excellent service for our product-based business.



Key Responsibilities



Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

Understand customer needs and provide suitable product solutions.

Handle queries via phone, email, and in-person communication.

Maintain customer records, feedback, and service reports.

Coordinate with the internal team for service and product support.

Ensure customer satisfaction and follow-up on service resolutions.

Desired Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good listening skills and customer-focused attitude.

Ability to handle queries professionally and proactively.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, emails, documentation).

Freshers with excellent communication are welcome.
