Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
Manage customer interactions across phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person visits.
Support sales and service teams by coordinating test drives, vehicle deliveries, and after-sales follow-ups.
Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems and ensure timely updates.
Handle escalations and resolve customer complaints with professionalism.
Conduct periodic feedback surveys to improve customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with marketing teams to execute customer engagement campaigns.
Provide insights on customer trends and preferences to management.
