The CRE will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, assisting walk-in customers, coordinating sales processes, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant customer experience at the showroom.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist walk-in customers at the showroom.
Explain product features, variants, pricing, and offers.
Handle customer queries through phone, WhatsApp, and in-person.
Coordinate test rides and follow up with prospective buyers.
Maintain daily enquiry records and update CRM sheets.
Support the sales team in documentation and delivery process.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and smooth showroom operations.
Coordinate with service, accounts, and sales departments when required.
