We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive with strong communication skills to handle customer interactions, support client relationships, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction in the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries, service requests, and complaints professionally.
Maintain regular communication with customers and update them on service status.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues on time.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Collect customer feedback and report service improvements to management.
Maintain customer records and prepare basic reports.
Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in
Tamil, English, and Hindi
(spoken).
Customer-handling and problem-solving ability.
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Email, CRM).
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Preferred Candidate Profile
1 to 2 years of experience
in customer service or relationship management, preferably in the automotive industry.
Friendly attitude with a customer-focused approach.
