We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused
Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)
to manage customer inquiries, handle follow-ups, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to manage customers across multiple languages.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer calls, messages, and inquiries.
Maintain strong customer relationships and provide timely support.
Follow up with customers regarding orders, payments, and service updates.
Maintain customer records and update CRM/Excel sheets regularly.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and issue resolution.
Provide information about products, offers, and services.
Ensure a smooth customer experience from inquiry to delivery.
Report daily customer updates to the management.
Requirements:
Any qualification (Degree).
Good communication skills in
Tamil & English
(additional languages are a plus).
Basic computer knowledge (Excel/CRM).
Ability to handle customers professionally.
Should be polite, patient, and customer-friendly.
Freshers & experienced candidates can apply.
