Customer Support Executive

Role Overview

The Customer Support Executive will be the primary point of contact for inquiries from clients related to wedding photography packages, event bookings, deliverables, and support. The role requires excellent communication skills, customer-handling capability, and a passion for providing high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp chats, and emails from new and existing customers. Provide detailed information on photography packages, pricing, and service offerings. Manage client queries professionally and ensure timely follow-ups. Coordinate with the internal operations, editing, and event teams regarding client requirements. Track bookings, schedules, and customer commitments. Maintain customer records in CRM/software. Resolve complaints efficiently to ensure high customer satisfaction. Assist with payment follow-ups and documentation when required. Provide after-sales support to clients regarding album delivery, video edits, etc.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Any graduate with 0-3 years of experience in customer support / client servicing. Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Tamil. Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills. Basic computer knowledge -- MS Office, WhatsApp Business, Email, CRM tools. Ability to multitask, stay calm, and manage customer expectations. Pleasant personality with a service mindset.
