We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused

Client Relationship Executive

to build strong client relationships, ensure client satisfaction, and support business growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively.

Key Responsibilities:


Client Management



Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients. Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions or guidance. Ensure timely follow-ups, customer satisfaction, and service quality. Handle client inquiries, feedback, and resolve concerns effectively.

Sales & Business Support



Assist the sales team with lead follow-up and conversions. Support in onboarding new clients and coordinating required documentation. Present products/services to clients and explain features clearly. Maintain client database and update CRM tools regularly.

Coordination & Communication



Coordinate with internal teams (Technical, Marketing, Admin) to ensure smooth delivery of services. Schedule meetings, demos, and service appointments as needed. Maintain regular communication with clients through calls, emails, and visits.

Reporting & Documentation



Prepare daily/weekly reports on client activities, follow-ups, and closures. Track client interactions, issues, and resolutions. Maintain accurate records of client contracts and service agreements.

Qualifications & Experience:



Bachelor's degree in

Business, Marketing, Communication

, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in

customer service, client handling, or sales support

. Experience in training/education/IT/technical institution domain is an added advantage.

Skills Required:



Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong customer service orientation. Good negotiation and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Positive attitude and professional behavior.

Personal Attributes:



Pleasant personality and strong interpersonal skills. Result-oriented with a proactive approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
