Role



We are seeking a

CRM Executive

to manage, optimize, and execute our customer relationship management initiatives. You will play a key role in enhancing customer engagement, driving retention, and supporting business growth through effective CRM strategies and data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities



Manage day-to-day CRM operations, including data updates, segmentation, and campaign execution. Manage and update all student and lead data in the CRM system. Execute targeted email, SMS, and WhatsApp campaigns to nurture prospects. Track and analyze lead stages to improve conversion and retention rates. Coordinate with the sales, admissions, and marketing teams to ensure consistent follow-ups. Create reports on student inquiries, conversions, and engagement activities.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 2 -3 years of experience in CRM, marketing automation, or customer engagement roles. Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar). Strong analytical skills and familiarity with reporting tools (Excel, Google Analytics, etc.). Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills



Knowledge of customer lifecycle management and retention strategies Creative mindset with data-driven problem-solving ability.
Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
