Make outbound calls to potential customers and convert leads into bookings.
Answer inbound calls and respond to guest queries about hostel facilities, pricing, and availability.
Handle booking requests through phone, email, and online channels.
Maintain accurate guest and lead records in the CRM system.
Resolve customer issues quickly and ensure guest satisfaction.
Coordinate with operations, housekeeping, and management teams for smooth guest onboarding.
Collect guest feedback and promote online reviews to boost hostel visibility.
Meet daily and monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.
Stay updated on pricing, promotions, and property updates.
