Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day CRM operations, including data updates, segmentation, and campaign execution.
Plan and execute targeted email, SMS, and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
Analyze customer data to improve personalization, engagement, and conversion rates.
Monitor CRM performance metrics and prepare regular reports on campaign outcomes.
Work with marketing and sales teams to align CRM strategies with broader business objectives.
Ensure CRM data integrity and compliance with data protection policies (GDPR, etc.).
Suggest and implement automation improvements to enhance customer journeys.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
0-3 years of experience in CRM, marketing automation, or customer engagement roles.
Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
Strong analytical skills and familiarity with reporting tools (Excel, Google Analytics, etc.).
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
Experience in email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Sendinblue, etc.)
Knowledge of customer lifecycle management and retention strategies.
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for email template editing.
Creative mindset with data-driven problem-solving ability.
