Job Description

The Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) is responsible for maintaining excellent customer relations, handling customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting the dealership's sales and service operations. The role involves interacting with walk-in customers, following up on leads or service feedback, and helping to build long-term relationships to increase customer retention.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet and register customers at the service reception area. Listen to customer complaints and record job card details accurately. Update customers on job progress, estimated costs, and delivery time. Coordinate with the service advisor and workshop team for timely updates. Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction. Handle service reminders, feedback calls, and complaint resolutions. Maintain customer service records and support CRM initiatives.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer handling and problem-solving ability. Computer literacy (MS Office, DMS/CRM software). Pleasant personality and professional attitude. Good teamwork and coordination skills.
