structural steel industry
. The role involves direct client interaction, coordination with internal departments, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
Coordinate between clients and internal departments (sales, production, design, and site teams)
Schedule regular follow-ups and meetings to keep clients informed about project progress
Maintain detailed and organized client records, emails, and reports
Support the sales team in pre- and post-sales client communication
Ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to client retention
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (Engineering or Business preferred)
Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Relationship Management
Experience in
PEB / Structural Steel industry
is a strong advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
Must be currently residing in Chennai
