Customer Relationship Executive

. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with students and parents, providing guidance on study abroad opportunities, and ensuring excellent service throughout their journey with Sterling Study Abroad.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact for students and parents. Handle inquiries related to study abroad programs, admissions, and application processes. Maintain strong follow-up with potential clients and ensure timely communication. Provide accurate information and guidance to students regarding universities, courses, and visa procedures. Maintain and update client records in the CRM system. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of applications. Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally. Support branch activities, events, and promotional campaigns.
