Role: Customer Care Executive
We are seeking
empathetic, responsible, and experienced professionals
to join our customer care team. As the first point of contact for parents and learners, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth communication, resolving queries, and delivering a delightful customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to parent and student queries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
Assist parents with program details, registrations, scheduling, and technical support.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.
Provide
empathetic support
to parents, ensuring trust and satisfaction.
Collaborate with operations and academic teams to ensure smooth class execution.
Follow up on leads, inquiries, and feedback to improve customer experience.
Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to processes and systems.
What We're Looking For
Experience:
1-4 years in customer support, client servicing, or similar roles.
Communication Skills:
Strong proficiency in English (spoken & written). Knowledge of Hindi/Tamil is an advantage.
Tech Skills:
Comfortable using Google Sheets, CRM tools, email, and WhatsApp.
Personality:
Empathetic, patient, problem-solving mindset, and proactive.
Attitude:
Responsible, deadline-oriented, and open to learning in a startup environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
