We are seeking a Customer Relationship Executive to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction and retention. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Interact with customers via phone, email, chat, or in-person to address inquiries, provide assistance, and ensure prompt resolution of issues
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and trust through personalized interactions and proactive engagement.
Handle customer complaints, concerns, and escalations with professionalism and empathy, taking ownership of problems and ensuring timely resolution to uphold customer satisfaction.
Gather feedback from customers to understand their needs, preferences, and suggestions for improvement.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM system.
Educate customers about products, services, features, and best practices to maximize their usage and satisfaction. Provide training sessions, tutorials, or resources as needed.
Qualifications
Any degree Prefered
1-3 years experience candidates are most preferable
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Empathy, patience, and strong interpersonal skills
Problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
