Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Relationship Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our clients, addressing their needs, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Proficiency in Hindi is an additional advantage, as it will help in effectively communicating with our diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities:



Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently. Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions. Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure client needs are met. Provide regular updates to customers on their inquiries or requests. Assist in client onboarding and training processes. Monitor and report on customer satisfaction and suggest improvements. Meet or exceed customer service goals and KPIs.

Qualifications:



Proven experience in a customer service or client relationship role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Hindi language proficiency is Must


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,189.34 - ₹20,000.00 per month
