Urgent Opening for CRM Executive in Leading Logistics in Madurai

Position Name : CRM Executive Qualification : Any Degree Experience : 2 + yrs Industry : Any Location : Madurai Salary : Negotiable

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming business inquiries from potential and existing clients.

Communicate with clients primarily through phone calls, emails, and online meetings.

Negotiate service charges, payment terms, and agreement conditions.

Maintain long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business.

Follow up on payments and ensure timely collections.

Coordinate with internal recruitment teams for requirement fulfillment.

Prepare reports on client interactions and payment status.

Candidate Requirements

?Female candidates only.

?Strong communication skills in English & Tamil (Hindi knowledge preferred).

?Experience in client servicing, business development, or customer relations.

?Negotiation and persuasion skills.

?Basic understanding of accounts follow-up and payment tracking.

?Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
