We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused
Customer Relationship Executive
to manage and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients. The role involves tracking the status of orders across departments, ensuring timely delivery, and identifying opportunities for repeat and new business.
Key Responsibilities:
Track the status of orders by coordinating with internal departments and ensuring timely updates to clients.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their requirements are met effectively.
Follow up with clients for repeat and new orders to achieve sales and service targets.
Address customer queries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Work closely with the sales, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-ups.
Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or B.sc Physics/ Chemistry
2-3 years of experience in customer relationship management, sales coordination, or client servicing.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work passionately for career growth
Proficient in MS Excel
Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and a client-first approach.
Work Timings:
9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Salary:
Based on experience and skills.

Pay: From ?20,000.00 per month
