Job Description

Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain the health insurance products.

Respond to inbound calls from customers and prospects.

Generate leads and prospects.

Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.

Explain our product features, benefits, and pricing to our customers.

Handle customer objections and concerns in a professional manner.

Fix appointments / on call closers.

Followup appointments / Leads / Prospects.

Maintain accurate records of calls, Leads, Prospects, and customer interactions.

Preferred experience field : Health insurance sales / service / claim / TPA / Agents
