Serving as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and issues via phone, email, or in person, and working towards prompt and professional resolutions.
Customer Follow-ups:
Making outbound calls to customers for service reminders, post-service feedback (CSI - Customer Satisfaction Index), and general follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.
Appointment Management:
Assisting customers with booking service appointments and coordinating between customers and service advisors for smooth vehicle drop-off and delivery.
Providing Product/Service Information:
Possessing a deep understanding of Volkswagen products, services, warranty details, and promotional offers to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
CRM System Management:
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) or DMS (Dealership Management System) software, including interaction history, preferences, and purchase details.
Enhancing Customer Loyalty and Retention:
Implementing strategies and providing personalized service to enhance customer retention and loyalty.
Sales and Marketing Collaboration:
Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling, and providing customer insights for future campaigns.
Reporting:
Preparing reports by collecting and analyzing customer information and feedback for management review
